NKT is on a growth journey and is welcoming a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Group Strategy team. Are you enthusiastic about contributing to strategic development initiatives, influencing C-suite decisions, and leaving a significant mark on a global scale? YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE TO:

  • Steward the strategic planning process within the Group, support C-suite/Board decision-making material preparation and facilitation of senior management workshops
  • Support the business lines in strategic and business development discussions and provide analytical rigor to their plans and efforts, including structure and sparring for strategic roadmaps and business development initiatives such as go-to-market actions
  • Perform industry research and strategic analyses in markets/businesses of interest
  • Identify and track potential acquisition targets, working closely with department/business leads
  • Manage M&A projects from identification through relationship building, target engagement, due diligence, deal completion, and implementation handover.
  • Build detailed financial models, business case, and funding profile
    You will be part of a skilled and international team of colleagues placed in Copenhagen, Rotterdam, and Prague/Kladno and Cologne. A good cooperation and an open work environment are key to us, why the team meets up in person on a regular basis at one of our sites. Travel within Europe is to be expected. We are expanding our team by recruiting a new member, located in our modern office in central Rotterdam (Delftse Poort), with the flexibility of a hybrid work model or fully remote working from a location within the Netherlands. You report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
