SENIOR CONSULTANT – HOME, AUTO, TRAVEL, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – Home, Auto, Travel to join our growing team!
As a Senior Consultant, you will oversee relationships and manage accounts of some of our largest affinity partners. You will collaborate with the partners to develop strategic growth plans, maintain account governance, provide monthly and quarterly reporting, and be the key stakeholder from the business to each partner. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, actuary and operations staying current with our best practices and keeping the clients informed of our strategic vision. Furthermore, you will support the partners at events driving awareness of the program to members and building a highly engaged partnership. You will identify problematic situations, explore resolutions, and suggest solutions and monitor implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • CIP and equivalent designation is an asset.
  • MBA would be an asset.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in P&C account management and business development.
  • P&C and/or A&S Licensing and/or RIBO considered an Asset.
  • Experience in growth projections, budgeting, planning and executing on marketing plans.
  • Strong business acumen; Proficient in Home, Auto and Travel products, Ability to identify business developement opportunities and drive growth agenda.
  • Relationship management; Balance expenses while maintain profitability.
  • Ability to deliver difficult messages; Rate increases, products changes.
  • Problem Solving; Navigate organization to find answers and solutions for client.
  • Data Driven; Use data to drive client conversations and direction.
  • People Management & Motivation; Drive and motivate team to deliver Top and Bottom line results.
  • Microsoft Office Capabilities; Able to pull together reports, RFP’s, and other required material to be shared both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication; Presenting at executive level, participate in different events and activities.
