Description:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Extensive experience in the implementation of Retail Solutions.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience as a functional consultant in both LS Retail / D365 BC.
- Understanding of the end-to-end process within D365 BC / LS Central.
- Knowledge of Retail Assortment Planning / Purchasing / Open to Buy and Replenishment.
- eCommerce / Omni Channel integrations through to Order Fulfilment.
- Ideally have D365 BC / LS Central accreditation.
- Nice to have - Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, Extensions & AL.
- Ability to understand, interpret client business processes and requirements, and communicate at C level.
- Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritise work.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Consultant - LS Retail will take on this client facing role with lead responsibility for retail solution implementation, providing end-to-end business solutions to our customers and prospects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, from scope and budget.
- Business and systems analysis and documentation.
- Conducting client workshops.
- Assist with pre-sales activities and conduct demonstrations in LS Central / Business Central
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality.
- Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation.
- Application configuration and set-up.
- Provide system training – train the trainer and end-user training.
- Development and delivery of testing strategies.
- Design and execution of data migration strategies.
- Go live support.
