ABOUT THE ROLE
Supporting our Australian customers, the Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will take on this client facing role with lead responsibility for the functional area, supporting our existing clients, and implementing new client solutions.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead functional analysis and design workshops, identify and recognise issues/risks and advising clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-based on best practices and the customer’s business processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects for multiple customers end-to-end.
- Lead the functional analysis and design workshops for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on industry best practice
- Blueprint documentation and workshop sessions with users/process and develop to-be process flows.
- Configure and customize system from the business process.
- Support customers with data-cleansing and migration from legacy systems, other third-party systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conduct UAT test to assess functionality and usability before Go-Live
