We work with our clients to transform their businesses – through strategic program advisory, PMO (Programme Management Office) and portfolio management, complex program leadership, and program/ project delivery. • End-to-end project management
• Management of small teams
• Ability to shape a work stream and bring structure to projects
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Appreciation of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Exposure to Transformation/Change and Technology led projects
• Budget accountability
• Ability to work cross-capability
• Senior leadership interaction
• Some coaching experience
• Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges
• Firm contributions outside of project work

• Use of programme and project management knowledge to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
• Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
• Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
• Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
