Job description
Connect to your Industry
Resilience refers to the ability of an organisation to withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions to their operations. In an increasingly interconnected world where ‘always on’ services are both expected and demanded, the importance of resilience is growing. It’s required not just by executive boards but by an organisation’s customers, by financial markets, and by regulators.
Our team provides resilience services to a variety of clients within our three industries: Financial Services, Corporates, and Government and Public Services. We support capability uplift, work with organisations to meet regulatory requirements, perform benchmarking and other types of assessments, and prepare organisations to be resilient against a wide range of risks and threats.
Risks and threats to organisations in 2024 can be broad ranging; from significant business disruptions due to cyber attacks, acts of terrorism, industrial strikes, severe weather and pandemics to major project ‘go-live’s, share price collapse, a new product launch or product recalls, significant fraud or data leakage, IT failure or human error.

These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.
