ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and/or SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Ideally would also have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development and/or Variable Pay.
- Familiarity with Performance and Compensation interfaces and integrations with other modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Story Reports, as well as third party integrations.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and Compensation.
- Effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks, even in situations where priorities may change.
- Work collaboratively with other team members within the project and the organization.
- Ability to develop and educate junior team members on both technical and consulting soft skills.
- Flexible to travel to the client site or into the Deloitte local office.
- Flexibility to provide coverage in the client’s time zone, extending support beyond your own time zone.
- Required: SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Associate or higher certification and SuccessFactors Compensation Associate or higher certification.
- Preferred: SuccessFactors Succession Management certification and or SuccessFactors Variable Pay certification.
