PDRI by Pearson, is currently looking for an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychologist to join our fast-paced consulting organization.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychologist to lead and contribute to projects with complex statistical analysis requirements, and guide staff performing work on projects. The selected candidate will develop/implement custom solutions to meet client needs for the Federal government market and private sector. The role will entail direct client interaction.

Typical client engagements include:

  • Providing expert guidance on analytic strategies and techniques
  • Developing, validating, implementing, and maintaining pre- and post-hire assessment programs
  • Creating and validating competency models
  • Evaluating and developing employee development programs including needs assessments
  • Providing industrial/organizational psychology expertise in;
  • Advanced data analyses to inform policy decisions,
  • job analysis,
  • assessment development and validation strategies, including use of artificial intelligence, and/or
  • leadership development

The role will entail serving as an expert analyst, contributing to projects in any of the above areas (based on PDRI needs and the experience of the selected candidate), and will include guiding, developing, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related field required
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Outstanding critical thinking and writing skills
  • Outstanding advanced statistical analyses skills and experience (e.g., SEM, multilevel modeling, advanced longitudinal repeated measures survey analytics, latent growth modeling, missing data analyses (FIML)
  • Strong client interaction skills
  • Experience managing complex projects and associated human capital and financial resources
  • Ability to communicate well and make compelling presentations to customers
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to design innovative, practical, technically-sound human capital tools, processes, and programs
  • Experience requirements vary from 4 - 10 years
