THE ROLE

Reporting to Director Projects & Development in Global Logistics department,
The Projects & Development team is supporting Circle K’s Global Logistics Organization and is responsible for driving improvements in our operations both related to business processes and technology. The team consist of Project Managers, System & Solution Specialists as well as Logistics SMEs.

To strengthen the team we are now searching for a Senior Consultant, Projects & Development, to be an all-round resource supporting the broader Global Logistics project portfolio. The role will include responsibilities related to:

• Project management and/or support
• Data analysis and improvement identification
• Process improvement
• Change management
• Technology, systems and solutions roll-out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify, analyze, and implement processes and improvements across our operations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Lead and/or support deployment and enhancement of systems and solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of global and regional stakeholders.
• Work closely with our operations and planning teams, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities in the organization, ensuring consistent use of best practices and systems.
• Lead and/or support in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new approaches to continuously improve processes.
