Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Global Real Estate Portfolio consultant, you will be part of a team that supports Danfoss develop, drive, and implement the Global Real Estate strategy, processes and concepts into the organization.
Our Portfolio team is managing +400 properties by offering support on lease management, freehold acquisitions & disposals, as well managing the internal rent charging to the business.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
You will possess strong and broad international stakeholder management, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
You will ideally come with an understanding of real estate transaction management processes (but not mandatory) and/or have business controlling background.
You are an energetic and positive team player who can interact and work agile with a notion of transparency and urgency when necessary. You act with proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, structured, thinking outside the box, pragmatic and agile, yet pay attention to details, self-driven yet team player.
English proficiency is a must.
Furthermore, you have good understanding of the forecasting and budgeting processes, understanding/interpreting financial data and prepare reports is second nature to you.
You possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively, understand business dynamics and convey your observations and recommendations to a broad audience across the organization and across cultures.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Divisions and Regions, Real Estate Functions and Regional Teams, external partners, Corporate Functions etc)
Actively drive and manage Real Estate Portfolio tasks relating to:
- Lease contract negotiation, Sale/purchase of properties.
- Office relocations
- Support on executing business’s factory footprint strategies
- Update the Space Management system and reporting
- Support the project management team with ad-hoc analysis of the real estate financial charging towards the business on ongoing projects
