JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

Our team:
Our People & Organisation team covers the entire spectrum of HR consulting, dealing with all the issues relating to strategic and operational human resources management. Our tasks are diverse and exciting, involving anything from reward consulting and selecting as well as implementing HR cloud solutions to fundamental process changes. They can also involve questions of diversity and inclusion within the company, the entire reward and benefit strategy or making the workforce ready for the future (change and transformation management).

Your Impact

  • Actively support the team in building client opportunities, including preparing proposals and participating in presentations.
  • Bring technical excellence and deliver high-quality services to clients alongside the wider project team.
  • Create and manage various items such as client offers, presentations, concepts, regulations, tax opinions/rulings, financial simulations, and memos.
  • Openly support other teams in projects, such as those focused on deals, pay equity, pay transparency, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Continue to expand technical expertise and personal skills through a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training opportunities while also developing junior consultants.
  • Access a wide range of opportunities and career prospects within PwC.

Work on diverse consulting projects for our clients in the compensation domain, including:

  • Designing total reward strategy and creating future -fit reward structures .
  • Designing and implementing employee incentive programs (share/cash-based).
  • Providing advice on tax-efficient compensation solutions and coordinating employment tax and legal analysis in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Advising on complex executive compensation matters, including taxation of Management Incentive Plans and cross-border aspects.
  • Offering technical expertise in M&A transactions concerning compensation arrangements, with a strong focus on tax aspects.
  • Advising on compensation disclosures in compliance with Swiss and international compensation guidelines.
  • Conducting executive compensation benchmarking, focusing on Swiss listed companies.
  • Supporting clients in understanding their employer reporting and compliance requirements related to compensation programs.

Your Skill Set

  • Possess a degree in business administration, economics, or law from a university of applied sciences, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in related in-house or consulting (reward/tax/legal) roles.
  • Find satisfaction in project-oriented and interdisciplinary working methods.
  • Embody a highly motivated, dynamic, and determined personality, valuing the application of excellent business knowledge, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a mindset focused on delivering quality service and a readiness to shoulder responsibility from the outset.
  • Showcase strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Frenc h and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. German is a plus.
