IQVIA is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Real World Evidence (RWE) team. Our RWE team is actively engaged in a diverse range of activities to support our clients in the life sciences sector. We are dedicated to generating high-quality Real World Evidence (RWE) through various innovative approaches. This includes the design and conduct of Real World studies using a variety of methodologies, the development of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) algorithms to aid in disease diagnosis and treatment optimisation, the execution of consulting projects to help inform optimal evidence generation strategies, and the creation of cutting-edge thought leadership in the RWE space.
In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving the successful delivery of projects, particularly those that are large-scale and complex. You will also play a crucial role in business development and offering ownership. However, your role extends beyond just delivering projects; it’s about delivering success and driving growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid foundation in Epidemiology and Biostatistics (advanced degree in one of these two disciplines preferred).
• Proficiency in SAS software.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry, including experience designing and delivering Real World research studies.
• 3+ years project management skills and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead the design and delivery of Real World (observational) research studies and RWE consulting projects, with oversight from senior team members.
• Develop key study deliverables, including protocols, data collection tools, study reports, and publications (e.g., posters, manuscripts).
• Lead all relevant aspects of study start-up and approval (e.g., Ethics and governance).
• Lead the delivery of biostatistical analysis workstreams.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of client meetings and workshops.
• Conduct literature reviews/secondary research based on specific project briefs.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction post-delivery; build relationships as a trusted strategic partner for clients.
• Drive business development, support sales opportunities, and participate in proposal development.
• Lead internal offering management and external go-to-market for 1-2 key RWE solution areas.
