PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with user research methods and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service design opportunities and develop strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct user research to gather insights into customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Create and iterate on service blueprints, user journey maps, and personas to guide the design process.
- Utilise design thinking methodologies to ideate and prototype new service concepts.
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders to encourage participation and buy-in.
- Test and validate service prototypes with users to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
- Analyse & synthesise feedback and data to refine and improve Client outcomes.
- Communicate concepts and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
- Apply UX principles to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products and services.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our design processes.
