We are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors.
As a Senior Consultant, you will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and analyze client’s business issues.
• Be an active contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team members.
• Perform market, industries and companies’ dynamics research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports, market research reports, news articles, internal sources).
• Executing various analyses (e.g. customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, operating model design) to support recommendations.
• Designing and executing in-depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers.
• Analyzing business plans and pro-forma financial and operating models to help identify key assumptions and drivers.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor`s degree in Economics or Business
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in business consulting, operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function
• Excellent knowledge of English in a professional environment
• Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project
• Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary
