In this Senior Consultant, Strategy & Execution role, you will

  • Comprehensive engagement across the end-to-end banking value chain to ensure strategies and opportunity assessments align to key banker and customer needs
  • Assessment and analysis of strategic trends including the external market, commercial opportunities, industry and competitor patterns and innovation themes impacting financial services to formulate practical, long term strategic recommendations
  • Translation of strategic recommendations into clear and actionable initiatives, actions and long term success measures, and obtaining buy-in from relevant delivery domains and business areas
  • Supporting execution of strategic initiatives to deliver tangible improvements to our banking and customer offerings while driving and tracking banker/customer adoption
  • Partnering with front-line banking teams as a key strategy advisor
  • Exploring other industry sectors and market segments for future B&PB opportunities
  • Continuous improvement of strategy frameworks to be able to assess future market opportunities at scale
  • Supporting B&PB division strategic aspiration, including key board updates and performance insights

Responsibilities:
