Reports to: Director, Talent and Engagement
MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in the field of HR, development or relevant equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in an HR specialist role, specifically focused in areas such as organizational effectiveness, change management, learning and development, leadership development or performance management
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proven ability to deal with multiple projects and demands including strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong facilitation skills to lead small groups or meetings.
- Proven ability to establish relationships, build trust and influence appropriately.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills#LI-AJ1

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Talent and Engagement, the Senior Consultant, Performance & Talent will help design and deploy LifeLabs Talent, Learning and Leadership strategy to all levels of the organization by providing program and process guidance, and support of the development and execution of talent management programs, including talent programs, performance management, leadership development, and talent-focused events and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone with sound knowledge of performance management principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate should be keen to propose, develop, and launch performance improvement strategies, show the capacity to think and reflect creatively and purposefully, can consult and provide subject matter expertise to leaders and embody a clear passion for talent and development.
