As a Senior Consultant in Technology Diligence within EY-Parthenon, you will play a pivotal role in our Technology Strategy team. You will work closely with high-profile clients across various industries, providing expert advice and due diligence services on their technology investments and strategic decisions. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding academic performance, including coursework relevant to the position, preferably with quantitative courses in computer science or engineering.
  • Demonstrated interest in the technology industry through startup experience, internships, coursework, extracurricular activities, or research and writing on the subject.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth technology due diligence for M&A transactions, investments, and strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the technical aspects of target companies, including software architecture, data integrity, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the scalability, reliability, and sustainability of technology platforms.
  • Provide insights into technology trends, risks, and opportunities that impact investment theses and strategic decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in technology strategies.
