Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead innovation pipeline for Flavour Solutions EMEA through actionable Consumer & Category insights - across multiple markets - to deliver sustainable and iconic NPDs across Quick-Service-Restaurants and Savoury Snacks customers.
  • Lead data analytics for Food and Beverage categories to guide the development of business growth strategy for EMEA Flavour Solutions, through the use of published market data, research agency briefs and gathering insights (market assessment value/ volume proposition, listing arguments, competitive positioning, social listening, etc).
  • Ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Understand and model complex datasets from various resources to tell inspiring stories with compelling insights. Be a center of excellence in communicating in-depth critical market trend analysis to our commercial and R&D teams. Proactively research and analysing F&B, Flavours and ingredients trends to drive business direction and in turn growth.
  • Lead insights section of customer-facing meetings across EMEA. Provide critical market insights to influence customers through an in-depth understanding of customers/consumers/brands.
  • Enhance our B2B communication plan to reinforce McCormick’s capability and attract new business using various tools (e.g. relevant Trade Press, Trade Shows, Digital tools, etc).
  • Own and manage creative toolbox e.g. ‘In market experience Food Safari’s and “Create It” to leverage and support flavour innovation, review category trends to deliver recommendations, white space analysis to identify flavour opportunities, facilitation of workshops for internal and external customers.
  • Manage daily activities of assigned projects, identify resource requirements, review deliverables prior to presentation to the customer, apply our capabilities with maximum cost-effectiveness and highest return on investment.
  • Drive, own and present quarterly market data/insights reviews across all areas of the business for internal and external customers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead and develop the strategic direction for M&I insights function including identification of key projects to meet business LTP needs, insight budgets recommendation, agency selection and contract management.
  • Manage a team of 2: a Marketing and Insights manager and a Foodservice Brand Manager
