Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Art Director, the Sr. Content Designer will be responsible for collaboratively develop advertising campaign concepts and to execute photo and video content to promote product and the Brand. Maintaning brand identity, driving consistency while driving newness will be at the core of this role. Additionally, the Sr. Content Designer will have to adapt advertising campaign content to reflect specific global market requirements.
The candidate should be highly creative, multi-faceted with qualified visual background/experience.
The candidate must posess an in depth knowledge of varying content mediums, channels and touchpoints across all owned and operated, paid, social and earned channels.
This person must be able to develop, execute and direct a photo/video brief while working collaboratley with internal, global Marketing Brand & Content teams, as well as Global Marketing Channel teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Art Director on various advertising campaigns & other content productions.
  • Participates in research opportunities for seasonal trends, video and photo concepts
  • Develop and present internal photo and video concepts following a brief
  • Is connected to the industry and can recommend talent per project
  • Build effective production decks for external creative talents/collaborators and ensure concept follow-through (for photographer, director, set designer, HMU etc.)
  • Build video and/or motion design storyboards
  • Communicate and collaborate in all steps of production with external production partners
  • Provide and/or Support on-set art direction
  • Work in a collaborative & integrated way with Aldo internal Creative and Content Development team leads and colleagues
  • Lead post-production communications from selection, photo retouching, video editing, social video editing, etc.
  • Participate in project planning/status meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Create efficient handovers tools/documents and guideline
  • Suggest new, innovative ways to create content in order to drive newness & relevance
  • Communicates effectively with the Art Direction and is a key participant in feedback loops
