Description:

At Fonoa, we are transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant. We provide simple and modular API solutions that easily integrate into any existing workflow. Through our technology first approach, we reduce manual processes, increase compliance and reduce the cost of operations when transacting and scaling internationally.
We are solving one of the largest yet unsolved problems in global e-commerce. Our tax automation software enables companies such as Uber, Zoom, Booking.com, Squarespace and Rappi to expand their international offerings more quickly and stay tax compliant.
In this role you will be critical to the growth of our business and in helping both Fonoa and our customers achieve business goals. You will lead content creation in a variety of formats (articles, guides, SEO-focused content, customer stories, email copy, etc.) and for multiple distribution channels (blog, website, social media, email, etc.). You will collaborate internally and with our customers and partners to tell compelling stories across all forms of content in support of various marketing initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Pitch content ideas. You will contribute ideas for highly engaging content that will help to solve business problems and make an impact. As a regional market expert, you will identify trends and key topics that will resonate with our community.
  • Create engaging content. You will be focused on creating engaging content across all formats and channels.
  • Tailor content to the user journey. Act as an expert on where each piece of content fits in the overall customer journey and how to get someone to progress through the funnel with your content, with effective CTAs and distribution.
  • Publish content across the blog and other formats. Own all of the day-to-day activities to effectively publish content. You will collaborate with internal team members to ensure you have final copy, supporting creative assets, SEO optimization, etc., ahead of all target publish dates, and ensure the team understands deadlines and keep things on track.
  • Design distribution strategies to ensure content has maximum impact. Utilise paid media, events, lifecycle marketing, and social to get the most out of everything we create.
  • Monitor performance. You will measure the performance of our content and use this data to help make recommendations on strategy and relevant activities.
  • Maintain the tone and quality of content. Advocate for our brand and ensure consistency across all content channels and the wider team.
