Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy across all channels to amplify brand awareness, captivate our audience, and support our overall business growth objectives. In this role you will:
  • Define content themes across products, use cases, industries and customer stories
  • Own strategy and creation of all major content types / channels across blog, campaign content, long / short form video and more
  • Collaborate with across diverse teams to develop high-quality content
  • Manage external writers and agencies
  • Build and own the overall editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
  • Track content performance and KPIs - continuously optimize strategy based on content performance and business metrics
  • Define strategy for promoting content through paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Social Media Management: You will manage our global social media presence including:
  • Manage the social media team, setting goals and KPIs for social media performance - Directly manage a specialist(s) directing their daily activities and managing performance
  • Ensure consistent and comprehensive brand presence on all global social media channels
    Leverage our social platforms to drive brand awareness and demand generation
