WSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator for an airport project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitating smooth communication between the project team and contractors. This role requires a thorough understanding of contract management, claims handling, and a deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts. The candidate should have experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the aviation sector.

Your new role, what’s involved?

  • Oversee and administer all aspects of the project contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring compliance with project and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure that all contractual milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and provide contractual advice to the project team and senior management.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, project managers, and consultants to ensure smooth contract execution and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with WSP policies and project requirements.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are aligned with project objectives and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor and subcontractor contracts, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
