Description:

As a Senior Contract Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
  • 3 plus years’ Experience with contracts.
  • Read write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
  • Two or more years Industry experience required.
  • Understands project management and service delivery
  • Prefer JD or advance degree.
  • Clinical trial contracts and clinical budgets negotiations experience with clinical sites Required.
  • Understands the clinical contract process, project management and service delivery.
  • Familiar with Legal Language.

  • Knowledge of local contracting procedures
  • Effectively manage risks and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to be highly collaborative with internal and external partners
  • Ability to manage 60+ agreements with a pulse on each assigned site
  • Ability to track and maintain compliance of contract status’ in the reporting system
  • Innovative and transformational mindset
