Description:

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of contracts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Your expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication will be vital in enhancing our contracting processes and achieving project success. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and mitigate potential issues.
In your role, you will oversee contract drafting and negotiations, monitor contract performance, and handle complex contractual disputes. Your leadership skills will help guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in contract management or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in contract management are a plus.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts for various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and assess contractual risks, providing strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement standardized contract templates and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management processes.
  • Track and report on contract performance metrics, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Handle contractual disputes efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
