THE OPPORTUNITY

This exciting project has now commenced construction, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this role will be based out of the Brisbane project office located in Bowen Hills.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of administration of subcontract and supplier contracts.
  • Leading commercial input into procurement and preparation of subcontract documents.
  • Negotiation and administration of subcontract and supplier contracts within budgets.
  • Assessing subcontractor claims, invoices, and variations.
  • Preparation of project monthly report including providing workings completed, programmed, and cost data.
  • Leading and supporting our contract administrators.
