Responsibilities:
As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Project Manager on our Tindal Project in Katherine on a 19/9 roster . You will be responsible for the management and administration of all commercial aspects of this project from procurement to compiling and presenting accurate cost reports. In addition, you will assist and liaise with the senior management team regarding project commercial matters and the implementation of new processes and ideas. This role will also be providing advice to the team regarding contractual issues during the delivery phases.
- Regular feedback on governance matters and commercial performance
- Establish and maintain regular communication with the project team and provide assistance and guidance commercial matters
- Collaborate regarding contractual issues and approval/execution of contract deliverables
- Leadership and direction of objectives
- Regular consultation and feedback
- Maintain effective relationships to manage expectations and build collaboration
- Negotiate contracts and other agreements
- Effective subcontractor/supplier management
- Management of Contracts Administrators on the project
- Front end contract review mitigating risk and identification of opportunities
- Working with the project team to analyse potential design and cost issues and how the business can maximise margin
