DESCRIPTION

A Senior Contracts Administrator’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that the supply chain operations and activities are compliant with Minopex’s policies. The person will be responsible for managing complex contracts and agreements related to mining operations. The person will play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and that the company’s interests are protected throughout the contract lifecycle.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• CIPS Qualification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, law, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in supply chain management or related senior roles within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management principles, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex contract terms and negotiate agreements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
