Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with close to 30 years of industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy, and Remediation industry sectors.
Our projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works, and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking experienced Senior Contracts Administrators, with an interest in supporting significant (and impressive!) infrastructure projects across both Metropolitan and Regional NSW.
We have roles that will be Sydney based and others that at times will require travel to project sites across both Metropolitan and Regional NSW (DIDO/FIFO from a Sydney base, with accommodation and LAFHA included), to engage on the likes of the New Dubbo Bridge, Vaucluse Diamond Bay Sydney Water Project - and beyond.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with Abergeldie, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations.
- Resolving challenges related to contracts and programs.
- Managing and organising all paperwork associated with contract administration, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitoring work progress and promptly reporting any variations or changes to the Project Manager.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure the successful achievement of project goals and objectives.
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data associated with project deliverables.
- Preparing insightful reporting which provides a comprehensive overview of the project’s activities and outcomes.
- Providing valuable advice to the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assisting in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Managing subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and materials.Facilitating effective communication between project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
