Senior Contracts Manager

Our client is expanding and is on the lookout for a seasoned Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Dublin team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery and stakeholder management of a significant project located in South Dublin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and manage project budgets and costs effectively.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely and on-budget completion of contracts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet all project requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor work for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety standards.
• Assist the project Surveyor in tracking and reporting contract costs and variations to the Construction Director.
• Identify and mitigate risks, working with design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure precision in planning and scheduling tasks.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating resources as required.
• Monitor material procurement schedules to align with project timelines.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Preferably 10+ years of experience in Construction or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly driven with strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
