Job Description
QAD has an exciting opportunity for our Senior Contracts Manager role. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle at QAD, a leading enterprise software and services provider. This involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of contract law, 8-10 years of experience in contract management or similar field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by collaborating effectively and providing timely solutions.
This position is a full-time, W2, remote role located in the US and does not offer Visa Sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of contract management through the contract lifecycle – from initiation to execution and renewal.
  • Administer IT systems to maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support – and become a trusted advisor – to a range of internal stakeholders including management.
  • Serve as program manager for defined Legal programs. Collaborate on other Legal and Infosec projects, including acquisitions.
  • Help build the Legal department to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications
-

8 - 10 years’ experience in contract management or similar field.

  • The ability to demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS and services contracts is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • MS Office, Google Suite, other commonly used business applications.
  • BS or BA degree in related field or functional equivalent.
