YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success.
  • Holding a Master degree in finance with robust knowledge in accounting and administration.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a keen desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluent in French or in English ; proficiency in French/English and/or German is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly financial close processes, including comprehensive general and analytical accounting for revenues and costs.
  • Oversee and manage fixed assets tracking and reporting.
  • Spearhead the annual financial close, providing critical support to the management control team.
  • Drive the development and execution of the budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic support to the BCE Administration team.
  • Enhance the reliability and accuracy of databases, including clients, suppliers, and equipment.
  • Contribute to the advancement and migration of work tools, ensuring seamless transitions and improvements.
