Senior Controller - Non Financial Reporting (f/m/d)

at  Knoell Germany GmbH

Focus on project implementation of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and later on the continuous improvement and processing the management of this topic globally with the following tasks:

• Support in setting up the system of the CSRD project.
• Collecting data with the local entities and for kDE.
• Checking the data.
• Determination of all qualitative KPIs.
• Writing the sustainability report (consolidated financial statements) holistically.
• Project assistance for CSRD.
• Implement EU taxonomy - drivers.
• Documentation of the KPIs in Orgavision.

Ongoing tasks – within and after project implementation:

• Evaluation.
• Reporting.
• Continuous improvement process.
• Taking over PM role for business as usual for CSRD.
• Negotiating with suppliers - getting the right data pipeline to us.
• Monitoring and implementing changes in legislation.
• Writing the sustainability report (consolidated financial statements) holistically.
• Support in usual controlling topics like other controlling members.

In general as part of the controlling team you will be also responsible for:

• The preparation and analysis of monthly reporting.
• The development and provision of any kind of ad hoc analyses.
• You will closely cooperate with our subsidiaries.
