VENDOR INVOICE MANAGEMENT & MASTER DATA MAINTENANCE [COORDINATION + BACK-UP]

• Assist in managing supplier invoices, including verification, indexing, and uploading into the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy by cross-checking against PO’s and master data.
• Facilitate obtaining necessary approvals for invoice booking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ERP records and respond to supplier queries.
• Oversee updates to the vendors master data in accordance with internal procedure.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international commercial organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience in SAP is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French will be considered as an advantage.
