Job Description

Your to-do list:

  • Work with the Art Director and the Creative Director to create highly crafted content and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project.
  • Lead creative presentations to the global client.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Promote a culture of creative excellence and innovation.
  • Mentor and grow young talents.

Qualifications

If in your past experience you:

  • Have grown your experience in all aspects of copywriting: concepts, scripts, dialogues, storytelling, headlines, claims.
  • Were a part of all steps required in the creative development process, from concept to production.
  • Got the ability to propose the work in meetings with clients and new business pitches.
  • Support the agency to cultivate an environment of creativity and collaboration, mentoring junior talents to elevate the standard of creative proposals.

If you are/have:

  • Passionate about trends and innovations.
  • Native-speaking English (Knowledge of Italian language is not required).
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in international communication agencies.
  • Recognized expertise in advertising, digital and collateral.
  • Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
