Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a senior lawyer to join our internal team at Lawpath Legal. As a member of our in-house legal team, you will advise startups and small/medium businesses on a wide range of general commercial matters. While no two days will be exactly the same, your main responsibilities will include:
Providing Expert Legal Advice: Counsel startups and SMBs on a broad range of commercial matters, including business formation, shareholder agreements, capital raising, service contracts, IP issues, and more.
Client Engagement: Conduct one-on-one consultations, offer strategic legal advice, and build strong client relationships.
Innovative Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and product teams to develop groundbreaking legal products and services.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple clients and files simultaneously. Most importantly, you will be able to adapt and grow in a startup environment and help build the firm’s practice areas. You will be supervised and supported by a principal solicitor.
