JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for collect, consolidate, and lead the analysis and present information related to costs requested by the management team for planning and budget control.

Responsibilities:

  • It provides inventory and analysis of trends monthly.
  • It analyzes the current manufacturing costs and prepares regular reports comparing standard costs against the current costs of production.
  • It analyzes the changes in product design, material raw material, manufacturing, or services provided, methods to determine the effects on costs.
  • It guides the process of cost analysis through the establishment and strengthening of policies; providing trends and projections; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Determines the costs of operations, through the establishment of standard costs, keeping the costs of the items for the accuracy of the raw material, labor and personnel costs.
  • Ensures that policy cycle count is compliance, monitoring and reporting.
  • Planning for annual physical inventory and evaluate the results.
  • Prepare monthly report of efficiency.
  • Ensure that the costs of products are introduced in the system.
  • Publish the monthly sales report.
  • Upload to the system the annual standard costs.
  • Monthly run GIT report and register it.
  • Analyze and report quarterly report of obsolete items.
  • To a revision of the entrance of journal, analysis of variance, calendars of closing and preparation of reports of additional data for all month closures.
  • Review of projects, supervisor the monthly review and validation of estimated labor costs.
  • Report inventory - details of monthly inventories reporting activity, in addition to progress reports related to the Stock and complete the cycle WIP for the physical inventory.
  • Calculate index of absorption of labor and machinery-annual/quarterly and the variances of the fully loaded of labor and material rates.
  • Review of accounts balance sheet - monthly preparation and review of all the leaves responsible for reconciliations between accounts balances
  • Participation in the SOX controls/audits.
  • Review the accounts and ensure that they are placed and mapped into the pools of costs appropriate in the system.
