Title: Senior Cost Analyst
Location: Katy, TX
Additional locations may include Lake Jackson, TX
Salary: $96,000 to $125,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week after 6 months in the role or 9/80 schedule

SENIOR COST ANALYST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree* in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Master’s Degree* preferred. CMA or CPA certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 years related cost accounting experience; preferred background experience to include GAAP and SOX policies and procedures, general ledger systems, auditing practices, and public accounting.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred; chemical environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office Products experience required; SAP or other enterprise systems experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience including the ability to drive results, collaborate, manage complexity and problem-solve, and effectively communicate.
• Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
• Ability to travel 5 - 10% of the time to Lake Jackson, TX for candidates in Katy.
