We are looking for a counsel with litigation and regulatory experience who can lead complex disclosure strategy across a diverse docket. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in disclosure management, litigation and operational execution. This role requires a lawyer with highly efficient operational skills, risk management experience and the ability to strategically manage disclosure end to end across a multi-jurisdictional docket.

As a Senior Counsel, you’ll join a dynamic team in the Legal department in London, England. This role operates at the forefront of legal technology, navigating complex litigation and regulatory compliance with evolving regulatory standards and best practices. You’ll work cross-functionally across multiple regions, and break down complex legal requirements into clear, actionable advice for business and legal partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- EU or UK Qualified Lawyer
- Experience of in-house, law firm or vendor experience leading disclosure in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
- Experience responding to requests for information and documents from the European Commission
- Strong technology interest and aptitude
- Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills
- Experience in providing legal advice to business leaders and senior executives

- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
