Senior Coupa Finance Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• experience with Coupa systems and PtP area,
• skills in integrating Coupa with other financial and ERP systems,
• master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field,
• deep understanding of financial principles and practices,
• experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance system efficiency,
• skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion,
• capability to train and mentor other team members and end-users.

• act as the first point of contact for Coupa application finance users, efficiently addressing and resolving their issues,
• resolve issues reported by Finance and Treasury Teams, providing robust support to both Global and Local Accounting Teams,
• submit and manage tickets on the Coupa Portal and with Integration Counterparts,
• support accounting and treasury teams with Coupa-related issues during daily operations, month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities,
• identify new system requirements, assess their impact on existing systems and business processes, and develop appropriate specifications for new business processes,
• collaborate with the Purchasing and IT Teams globally,
• lead and drive projects/teams independently to completion and stabilization.
