Salary package: $91,362 - $105,165 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Coursework Examinations Officer provides comprehensive, high-level support on a diverse range of complex student administration activities primarily related to the coordination of coursework examinations. The Senior Coursework Examinations Officer supports the student experience, providing advice, assistance and support on a wide range of student related initiatives, with the overarching purpose of supporting the achievement of local area and University strategic goals.
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes.
