Job Description
Maintain good work relationships and excellent communication with partners
Perform advanced code reviews, develop and adhere to coding standards
Encourage team awareness and appropriate adoption of emerging technologies
Mentor junior team members in their utilized technical skills

Oriented to research on new technologies and share knowledge with team members
Reports to Lead/Principal/Manager
Qualifications
4 years degree or related experience.
2-4 years of UX architecture and development experience
2-4 years working on animation
Creative agency experience is desired
Deep familiarity with the digital environment
Proven track record as a technical and/or creative team player
Experience integrating with a multitude of backend platforms and architectures
Excellent communication skills
Good eye for design, motion, and interactivity - Candidate must be open to travel as needed
Skills
Advanced experience javascript and any javascript framework (GSAP, jquery, angular.js, bootstrap, mootools or related)
Advanced skills in data structures and using XML
Some experience working with any vendors (DoubleClick, Sizmek, FlashTalking, etc)
Advanced experience in optimizing images for HTML5 units
Advanced experience using Canvas, SVG and crossbrowser
Advanced experience in HTML4/5 and CSS 2/3
Average experience in Web-services & 3rd party API integration, AJAX development
Proficiency working knowledge in mobile-web UI development and best practice
Proficiency in documenting architectural solutions and code
Knowledge of automated user-experience testing methods and debugging
Advanced estimation and scoping skills
