- Experienced & Skilled – Extensive background in creative roles across digital, branding, print, and motion graphics, with 3-4+ years of leadership experience
- Impact-Driven – Track record of delivering and managing high-impact creative projects, especially in scaling e-commerce or digital brands
- Strong Leader & Mentor – Skilled in managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented – Combines big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail for high-quality, brand-consistent work
Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Vision & Execution – Develop and lead the creative strategy, ensuring all designs and content are aligned with business objectives and brand vision
- Inspire & Manage the Team – Lead and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence
- Optimize Creative Operations – Establish efficient workflows, improve project management and enhance the productivity of creative output
- Strengthen Brand Presence – Elevate Tourlane’s brand through strategic storytelling and impactful creative initiatives
