Job Description

Analyze and evaluate loan tapes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and industry standards

  • Conduct thorough back-testing of existing credit policies and scoring models to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
  • Provide expert recommendations for policy and model improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Work closely with the Credit Operations team to implement new policies and work instructions
  • Ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency
  • Evaluate credit risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Enhancing the overall credit quality of the portfolio
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications
-

Successfully completed studies in economics, financial management or a comparable course of study

  • Ideally knowledge of Python, Redash and data analytical tools
  • Relevant experience in credit analysis, policy review and risk management
  • Experience in the role as a Team lead or personnel responsibilities
  • Working detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in English, while knowledge of German is a plus
