SENIOR CRM CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE| HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous CRM Campaign Executive to join our CRM team and play a key role in bringing the creativity to deliver engaging email campaigns and a keen eye for detail to analyse performance and implement improvement opportunities.
You’ll take ownership of CRM Marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive performance in line with business goals.

• Own the planning and delivery of communications within the CRM team and across local marketing departments to deliver an aligned marketing plan including email, push notifications, paid advertising and SMS
• Develop and manage our campaign calendars, and work with the local marketing teams to tailor content where needed for specific markets.
• Work with business analysts to ensure all channel activity is reviewed and measured on the specific channel KPIs, feeding into and shaping business strategies to acquire, retain and grow customer spend
• Work with the CRM Manager, Buying team and external suppliers to shape new strategies with the brands we stock to drive supplier brand revenue
• Being a key CRM stakeholder delivering new initiatives and projects ensuring a seamless rollout across the CRM team
