SKILLS
- Posess strong Marketing Analytics experience.
- Write code in at least one programming language (e.g. SQL, Python, R, etc) to query, manipulate and explore data.
- Familiarity with website analytics and dashboarding tools like Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.
- Listen to clients deeply to understand the business problem first, before jumping into the technology and methods.
- Think statistically around data quality and limitations, exploratory data analysis, and linear models (nice to have).
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve a common goal.
- Willingness and ability to pick up new tools, technologies and methods on the job.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for helping our clients—a Fortune 100 automotive manufacturer—succeed by delivering high-quality data-driven reports and initiatives that drive business impact from their CRM activities. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects in adjacent areas.
You will have the exciting opportunity to accelerate our client’s transformation efforts into becoming a data-driven, sustainable manufacturer of tomorrow. This means lots of growth opportunities in different areas, from Big Data Analytics to Electric Vehicles.
You will be managed by the Director of Customer Analytics, who will be invested in accelerating your growth and advocating for your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use experience of Marketing Analytics to bring insightful value to CRM Analytics.
- Automate the creation of existing manual reports to drive efficiencies for the client.
- Deliver deep, actionable and novel insights by drawing on different datasets.
- Present your work to clients and collaborate with them to solve their challenges.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop business recommendations based on the insights you uncover.
- Expand your skills and knowledge in coding and Big Data analytics methods aimed at addressing more complex business problems
