Location: Fully remote, UK-based. Hybrid and/or office-based working options from Twinkl HQ, Sheffield are also available.
Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours around core business hours (10am-2pm, Mon-Fri)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Executive (Parents) to own our CRM strategy for the Parents segment.
The role will sit within the Retention and Engagement team, working with the Head of Growth Optimisation, Parents Segment Manager and the wider CRM team.
The Senior CRM Executive (Parents) will utilise data to understand the needs and patterns of behaviour of our parent users, implementing CRM strategies to improve their experience of Twinkl and deliver commercial impact.
They will develop a strong understanding of the educational needs of parents, how they differ from those of our general teacher audience, and how Twinkl can best communicate our solutions to said needs.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in CRM management, marketing, or commercial roles, with a focus on consumer segments.
- Experience in education is beneficial but not required.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth through CRM strategies, preferably for a B2C subscription business.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficient in at least one major CRM platform, as well as marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, with the ability to draw insights from customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Google Analytics experience is required; competency in SQL would be beneficial but not required.
