Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical management of the CRM system, including troubleshooting bugs, fixing complex errors, and improving CRM infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain dynamic email and in-app messaging templates, with a focus on reducing lead times and improving mobile optimization.
- Lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle expansion and optimization, taking ownership of CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that you are in the driver’s seat for strategic decisions.
- Provide training and support for new and existing users on CRM system functionality to ensure optimal usage.
- Proactively identify opportunities for CRM improvements, leading end-to-end projects and collaborating with data teams on advanced segmentation.
- Enhance customer segmentation and targeting capabilities by leveraging data-driven insights and improving reporting frameworks.
- Drive A/B testing to better understand user behavior, and communicate actionable insights with key stakeholders.
