REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
Experience required in preparation of Bills of Quantities, Framing of specification, Framing of Contract Clauses & Conditions of Contract, Knowledge of MEP Services.
Knowledge of software packages like Autocad, BIM360, Microsoft Excel, CostX
In depth Knowledge of methods of measurements(ARM, SMMIEC etc..)
Well conversant with Irish Codes and specifications required
Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech or High-Tech Industrial sectors with specific focus on clean rooms preferable.
Must be capable of understanding Civil, Architectural & Structural drawings.
Knowledge of MEP Services a plus.
Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract will be added advantage
