Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The key function of this role is to drive profitable NSV growth of allocated Customers in the given market. The role will involve managing the operational customer relationships internally and externally, including owning the operational commercial relationships within customers.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Customer Development Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales and category growth with assigned customers.
- Lead development and execution of business plan/JBP
- Create and execute customer plans that deliver company and customer objectives and espouse category leadership principles.
- Ensures good customer relationships and influence at customer head office to implement solutions (e.g. sales revenue, trade revenue optimisation, customer profitability, category growth, product range, new product launches, placement and pricing) throughout the chain that deliver mutually beneficial results for the customer and company.
- Execute all agreed to solutions with the customer to include accurate, timely forecasting, detailed follow through and efficient trade revenue optimisation to an agreed budget.
- Devise and ensure the omni-channel growth within the customer
