Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key partner to the Clinic Manager, taking ownership of operational tasks and spearheading projects to enhance clinic performance.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring all interactions are professional, respectful, and client-focused, while upholding strict privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Manage scheduling with precision, effectively balancing client needs, clinician availability, and treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Handle third-party billing with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of funding policies (e.g., ICBC, WSBC).
  • Oversee and streamline administrative processes, including contract management, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
  • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at improving efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational protocols.
